Your money and your assets, handled with care
How we protect your money, your domains, and your data
When you are investing from another country, sending money to a company you found online, trust is not a nice-to-have, it is the whole thing. This page lays out exactly how your payments, your domains, and your information are handled, what keeps them safe, and the limits we will be honest about.
You approve every sale. You see every step. Nothing moves behind your back.
Security and trust
The short version

What protects you, at a glance

Payments

Your money is handled through established payment processors, not collected by hand.

Approval

Your domains are sold only with your approval on the final price.

Transfers

Domain transfers are handled through secure, recognized methods.

Data

Your data is protected with reasonable safeguards and a clear privacy policy.

Visibility

Everything you own and every negotiation is visible on your dashboard.

The rest of this page explains each of these in plain terms.

How payments are handled

Your payments

Your membership fee and your one-time package purchase are processed through established third-party payment processors, the same kind used across reputable online businesses.

We do not collect or store full card numbers on our own systems; that sensitive data is handled by the processor under their own security standards.

Everything is billed in US dollars, and the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay. Your membership renews quarterly until you cancel, and we will never add charges you did not agree to.

How payouts work

Getting your money after a sale

When one of your domains sells and you approve the price, the buyer's funds are collected, our commission is taken, and your share is paid out to you in US dollars.

You are responsible for giving us accurate payout details, since a wrong detail is the most common cause of a delayed payment. We keep your sale and payout history visible on your dashboard, so you always have a record of what sold, for how much, and what came to you.

How domain transfers are secured

Moving a domain to its buyer

Selling a domain means transferring ownership to the buyer and collecting their payment, and this is a step where inexperienced sellers can get burned.

We handle it for you using secure, recognized transfer and escrow methods, where funds and the domain change hands in a controlled way rather than on trust between strangers.

You do not deal with the buyer or the mechanics of the transfer. We manage it and pay you your share once the sale completes.

You stay in control of your assets

Control stays with you

The domains assigned to you are held for your benefit and sold only with your approval. No sale closes without your yes on the final price, and every domain you own, along with any active negotiation, is visible on your dashboard at all times.

You are never locked into a sale you did not approve, a price you did not see, or a charge you did not agree to.

This is the core of how we keep your money and your assets safe: you can see what is happening, and nothing important happens without you.

How your data is protected

Your personal information

We protect your information with reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and handling payment data through secure processors rather than storing it ourselves.

We explain exactly what we collect, why, and who we share it with in our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell your personal information. You have rights over your data, including access and deletion in many cases, and you can exercise them by contacting us.

Keeping your own login details private is an important part of staying secure, and we ask you to tell us right away if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

How we guard against fraud

Keeping the platform clean

We take steps to keep the platform safe for everyone, including verifying information where needed, monitoring for suspicious activity when we have reason to, and enforcing our Acceptable Use Policy against fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse.

These measures protect honest members, which is most of why they exist. If we ever spot activity that puts you or the platform at risk, we act on it.

The honest limits

What we will be straight with you about

Strong safeguards reduce risk, but no online business can promise perfect security or guarantee an outcome, and we will not pretend otherwise. We protect your payments, transfers, and data with sound methods, but no method of transmission or storage is completely immune to risk.

And keeping your money and assets safe is a different thing from guaranteeing a profit: your domains are protected and sold only with your approval, but whether and when they sell still depends on buyer demand.

We would rather tell you exactly where the protections end than leave you with a false sense of certainty.

What we secure

Payment processing, domain transfers, and data storage.

What we cannot guarantee

Perfect immunity from all online risks, or a guaranteed sale of your domains.
